Commercial Center was established in 1969 as a family owned self storage facility. It's name was conceived because of it's convenient location on Commercial Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale and Oakland Park near Dixie Highway, as your Commercial Boulevard Self Storage Center, or "Commercial Center" for short.
Self Storage was only the beginning. This storage facility grew into more than just self storage units and air conditioned self storage lockers. Warehouse storage is an added plus for the convenience of residents or businesses who are in need of larger storage space. Some of these warehouse units are dock height for easy loading and unloading of trucks.

Office space was later added as another service we provided to our self storage center. These offices were created for the small business or "start up business" in mind. We have provided many services to aid the small business in their day to day activities including, mail service,

Parking is yet another storage need for many of our clients. We offer secured parking for recreational vehicles, boats, cars, and motorcycles. There is 24 hour/7 days a week gated access to this area. We have added Surveillance Cameras for additional security.
